Fr Lou  was ordained for the diocese of Cleveland in 1988 after twenty-four years as an educator.  He ministered in parishes in the diocese until 2001 when he joined  the diocese of Georgetown, Guyana in South America to preach on behalf of the poor in Central America and the Caribbean. 

He retired in 2011.  He resides in Cleveland, Ohio.

Lou has wide experience in workshop and retreat work, having founded Sabbath Retreats in 1992.

Committed to the theology and ecclesiology of Vatican II,  Lou's enthusiasm for the church and its mission in the world permeates his presentations
